CrossFit Level 1
Sports and an active lifestyle will always be lifelong passions of mine. My favorite sports include baseball, basketball, volleyball, tennis, golf, and recently Pickleball. Adopting CrossFit over the last 10 years has provided me an ideal balance to strength, conditioning , and competition, which all translates perfectly into sports. Maintaining an active and healthy way of living are important goals of mine and CrossFit helps me avoid injuries and perform at my best so I can continue participating in the activities I love.
I enjoy learning new skills and applying them in life. Developing skills to improve health and fitness are no exceptions. There is so much information out there to absorb that I feel people often get lost and frustrated. I gravitate towards coaching because I enjoy paying-it-forward to help others digest and learn what information can help them most. Coaching provides me with the added benefit of reinforcing my own understanding and giving me the opportunity to improve, as well. I’m a rather social person, so I enjoy the interaction and camaraderie with other people who are equally passionate about growing and developing themselves positively.
