We will get you there staring with Foundations.
New to CrossFit? (or maybe it's just been awhile) You've come to the right place!
Our Foundations program is where we turn you into a CrossFitter! You’ll learn all of the essential CrossFit movements and get ready to join group classes.
In each Foundations session, your coach will demonstrate and teach you the foundational movements we use in CrossFit. We will review your range of motion and various progressions to get you moving safely and confidently. Following the instruction portion of each session, you will participate in a CrossFit-style workout. We guarantee you will get a great workout and have fun doing it!
Once you have completed Foundations and are familiar with the format of CrossFit classes, you will jump right in with continued support from our coaching team!
You will start with 4 in-person Foundations sessions with a coach. Then, you will join CrossFit Classes with a foundations coach present to give you a little extra guidance and support.
Don't worry - We will help you succeed every step of the way! Keep showing up and you WILL see amazing results!
