CrossFit Strength Training for Teen Athletes

Brickyard CrossFit offers a non-competitive, friendly, supportive environment with expert coaches and fun, challenging workouts.

We care about how well kids move – not just how much and how fast.

In this program, kids 11-15 will focus on building strength, improving body awareness, and increasing core stability, mobility, and confidence.

This introductory program will run from April 20 - May 29

Class times: Mondays and Wednesdays 5:00 - 5:50 pm

(No class on Monday, May 25 for Memorial Day)

Building Strength, Building Confidence

Each class will include strength conditioning focused on developing excellent technique using a variety of equipment. Our programming is designed to improve all components of fitness including strength, endurance, power, stamina, agility, and balance. Each athlete's consistency ensures  they will see results and feel an awesome sense of accomplishment.
