In this program, kids 11-15 will focus on building strength, improving body awareness, and increasing core stability, mobility, and confidence.

Each class will include strength conditioning focused on developing excellent technique using a variety of equipment. Our programming is designed to improve all components of fitness including strength, endurance, power, stamina, agility, and balance. Each athlete's consistency ensures they will see results and feel an awesome sense of accomplishment.
